Metal Bottle Opener
This bottle opener is about 1 1/2 inches wide by 4 inches long. The metal is quite a bit heavier than expected. The iridescent turquoise colored plate that occurs on both sides of my opener is beautiful to look at. But most important, is that every time I use this opener, it reminds me of the great times when I visited the Planes of Fame Air Museum in Chino. In my entire life, I've visited six air museums, as well as the annual EAE airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Metal Bottle Opener
I am totally pleased with the turquoise-colored metal bottle opener that I bought from Planes of Fame. This is not a flimsy product. I do not own a balance (scale) and so I weighed the opener this way. I determined that the opener is as heavy as EIGHT QUARTERS. Although not shown on the product description, the country of manufacture (not U.S.A.) is stamped on on the metal tongue at the left side of the colored rectangle. I put three coats of Testors silver enamel paint on this name, and the color of this paint matches exactly with the opener's color.

Although not shown on the product description, the country of manufacture (not U.S.A.) is stamped on on the metal tongue at the left side of the colored rectangle (I did not want to read the name of this country). And so, I put three coats of Testors silver enamel paint on this name, and the color of this paint matches exactly with the opener's silver color. I also bought the P-38 keychain from Planes of Fame, and it is my very favorite souvenir from southern California.
